Baked Egg in a Bread Boat

The baked egg boat is also known as stuffed buns in French which referred to baked egg in a bread.
This stuffed buns can be made easily using the recipe from Now I’m a Cook.

Here are the making portion for 4 people:
Preparation time: 15 minutes – Cooking time: 25 minutes

  • 4 rolls
  • 3-4 eggs
  • 30ml cream
  • 3 slices of ham
  • 50g grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • pepper

Preheat oven to 180 ° c. Drill bread and removing the crumb in order to obtain a hollow. Cut the ham into small pieces. Mix in a bowl the eggs, cream, ham, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Pepper. Pour into rolls and bake 25 minutes. Done.
