Blueberry Swirl Cream Cheesecake

Biscuits are crushed in a food processor and mix them with butter. Press them into a cake tin. This blueberry swirl cheesecake from Princess Misia is made from blueberries. The blueberries are mixed with 2 table spoons of water and sugar together heat for 3 minutes, then poured across the cream cheese(Philadelphia), the part below the cream cheese is the crushed biscuits. The cream cheese is made with greek yoghurt, eggs, sugar and add a few drops of vanilla extract. Bake in the 180C oven for 45 minutes.
