Butter Milk Blueberries Coconut Lemon Scones

This scones are made from mixture of ingredients plus butter milk and coconut shreds to make dough. The dough are then formed into approximately 1-inch-thick round shape, cut into smaller round scones using small biscut cutter dipped into flour to prevent the dough from sticked to your cutter. Serve immediately after cooling from baking for about 25 minutes.
