Creamy Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake

Creamy Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake by Ms. Humble from Not So Humble Pie.
Raspberry jams are used as ingredient to create swirl dot effect on the batter of the cheesecake, with the cake baked for approximately 65 minutes until it is puffy and set but the center remains a slight wobble.

After that, wait for it to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Finally, transfer the cake to the refrigerator and lets it chill overnight (or at least 6 hours). Reserve the remaining sauce for garnishing later when you serve the cheesecake in slices.
