Four Bites Pineapple Pinwheel

Are you an avid fan of pineapple? We have found those very creative pineapple jam “tartlets” from She Simmers – Thai Food Et Cetera. From the picture, we can see that the sweet pineapple jam filling is placed in the center of each puff pastry square which form a like a pinwheel. So, what is the proper method of eating each of these pineapple pinwheels? You are supposed to eat each pinwheel in four bites.
