Healthy Claypot Tofu Pot

Delicious Japanese egg-tofu with marinated meat, cut into desired serving size and coated with corn flour lightly. They are deep-fried with medium heat till golden brown, drained and set aside. Tiny bit of hot bean paste are added to enhance the taste. In a small claypot, add in ginger, garlic, vegetables, broccoli, straw mushroom, salt and taste followed by tofu. Add in water and bring to boil. Finally, enjoy your healthy claypot tofu pot that can be served warm with steamed rice. Recipe by Lydia Teh via My Kitchen.
