Healthy Mushroom Spinach Pizzas

This is a healthy pizza recipe from the family kitchen by Brooke McLay. Simple, personal sized bake up pizza in minutes, about 2 tablespoons of the sundried tomato and ricotta mixture are poured on top of each toast. Finally, topping with few baby spinach leaves and mushrooms divided to spread between each. They are known as mushroom & spinach pizzas!
