Juicy Pear and Pistachio Crusty Tartlet

The juicy sugary flavor of light yellow color pears with dark green pistachio cream, a wonderful mix of flavours. The pistachio cream is made of icing sugar, almond powder, pistachio paste, cornstarch, egg, melted butter, whipping cream, and vanilla extract. Together with the crust forms the tart called pear and pistachio tartlet.
