Mouth Watering Mushroom Pie with Cheese

Good news to mushroom pie lovers! Well, here is another mushroom recipe, it is written by Idle Wife. Get a package of puff pastry, fold and fix it into a rectangular small baking dish as you can see in the picture below. Get enough amount of some chopped or slices of mushrooms to cover the pastry including the bottom part. Make sure you get your desired cream cheese, (mozzarella and saganaki cheese) are used here to top the mushrooms until they pretty much covered. Grind some pepper.

Bake for about 30 minutes till your pie turned into a nice looking golden color and smells amazing! That’s the Greek mushroom pie method with cheese done. Can’t wait to try. [Read more…]
