Peanut Butter Strawberry Marshmallow Cream Cheese Sandwich Cookies

The Sandwich  Cookies are made by combining butter, white & brown sugars, peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Sift the flour in another bowl, add baking soda and baking powder. Mix all of them well to make dough balls, press gently down to create a criss-cross pattern on the ball with a fork.
