Red Dragon Fruit Jellies

These incredible dragon fruit jellies via 52 Kitchen Adventures are made from dragon flesh fruit scooped out from red dragon fruit mixed with gelatin, water, and a little sugar added in over medium heat. The taste are lightly sweet and similar to watermelon and strawberries you can use in this recipe. These red dragon fruit jellies have a bit of crunch from the seeds, just like kiwi seeds. If needed, add some more sugar or even honey if you like. The dissolved mixtures are then poured into mini square molds, refrigerated for approximately 1-2 hours until sold. To decorate, dust the jellies with tiny powdered sugar if desired. This recipe contains Vitamin C and can be think as a “healthy” dessert.
