Apple Cider Vinegar Elixir

1 1/2 cup of room-temp filtered water, 2 tbs apple or grapefruit juice, 2 tbs of raw apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp honey.

Place all the ingredients together in a glass and stir until it is all mixed together. You can do this daily or until condition is relieved.
